Covid-19 Safety Update
Maintaining subsidized properties at safe and livable standards during this COVID19 pandemic is essential. We are committed to providing effective inspections and compliance services in a way that is conscious of the health and safety concerns of property staff and residents. Our approach includes CDC recommended practices and local municipality requirements. We are also sensitive to any practices you have employed at your individual sites.
Our Professional Inspectors/Trainers will be conducting operations based on the following protocols. These protocols are subject to change as the information we receive changes. No Groups of more than 6 persons, including the inspector, shall be assembled at any one time on the inspection or training session. Our inspections will include a thorough inspection of all site/grounds, common areas, exteriors, and systems. Entry into dwelling units will be done on a case by case basis. Only the inspector and 1 site representative will enter any occupied dwelling unit. Entry to Vacant units for training purposes is permissible. All persons must perform social distancing of 6 whenever possible. All persons must wear appropriate protective coverings for the environment they are entering, including, but not limited to, gloves and masks Sanitizers will be used regularly on hands and equipment. All persons will be encouraged to periodically wash their hands and change face covering as necessary. All personnel must monitor their health carefully, including checking temperature and other symptoms, and no personnel shall report to work if they exhibit any flu-like symptoms.
Training events will be conducted with the following protocols. Events conducted at your facility/rented facility will include individually packaged lunches from local providers. Seating arrangements will allow for social distancing. Local requirements for face coverings will be followed at all events.
